Who we are

This website is run by Strikeclub Ltd (company number 11615076), Unit 10A Slutchers Lane, Bank Quay Trading Estate, Warrington, Cheshire WA1 1PJ. We are the controller of the personal data described on this page.

You can contact us about your data at hello@strikeclub.co.uk or on 07931 663387.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through this website we collect the details you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, postcode, what you are interested in, and any message you write. We also record the page you sent it from, including any campaign details in its address, so we know which advert or link brought you here.

If you email us, call us or message us on WhatsApp, we keep the details you give us in that conversation.

This website does not take payments, and we never ask for card details through it.

How we use it, and why

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, to give you a design or a quote, and to carry out any contract that follows. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and performing a contract.

We also keep records and look after our business. That is our legitimate interest, and we balance it against your rights.

We only send you marketing where you have asked for it or the law allows it, and every marketing message will let you opt out.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. A small number of providers handle it for us. Our website platform provider, Lean Company Ltd, runs this website and stores your enquiry on a server operated by one.com. Google provides our email through Google Workspace. WhatsApp, owned by Meta, handles messages you send us there. If you accept cookies on this website, Google (analytics) and Meta (advertising measurement) also receive data about your visit, as described under Cookies and tracking below.

We may also share data where the law requires it, to protect our legal rights, or with a buyer of the business. Where a provider handles data outside the UK, we rely on the safeguards the law provides for that.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to reply to you and to deal with any project that follows, and then for our business and tax records. If you ask us to delete your details we will, unless the law says we must keep them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to how we use it, or ask us to give it to you in a portable form. Where we rely on your consent you can withdraw it at any time. To use any of these rights, contact us using the details above.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Cookies and tracking

When you first visit this website we ask whether you accept analytics and advertising cookies. Nothing of that kind is set unless you choose Accept all. If you choose Essential only, the only thing we store is one small cookie, called ba_consent, that remembers your choice for 12 months. It is needed for the cookie notice to work and holds no personal information.

If you accept, we use two tools. Google Analytics, provided by Google, sets the cookies _ga and _ga_ followed by our measurement ID. They help us see how many people visit, which pages they read and how they found us. The Meta Pixel, provided by Meta, sets the cookie _fbp. It helps us measure and improve our adverts on Facebook and Instagram. Google and Meta may process this data on servers outside the UK, and each has its own privacy policy.

Our legal basis for these cookies is your consent. You can change your mind at any time: choose Cookie preferences in the footer of any page and then Essential only, and the tools stop and their cookies are deleted from your browser. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

The links to WhatsApp take you to WhatsApp, which has its own privacy policy.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If we learn that we have, we will delete it as soon as possible.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
